- bbbbiiiinnnn////mmmmkkkkccccoooovvvveeeerrrr is the command invoked by the facsimile server
- when a _c_o_n_t_i_n_u_a_t_i_o_n _c_o_v_e_r _p_a_g_e is required for an outbound
- job that is about to be retried. It generates a single
- POSTSCRIPT page that is imaged according to the remote
- capabilities and transmitted as the cover page. The
- arguments are:
-
- qqqqffffiiiilllleeee the job description file for the outbound job.
-
- tttteeeemmmmppppllllaaaatttteeee the cover page template file, as used by the
- _f_a_x_c_o_v_e_r(1) program.
-
- rrrreeeessssuuuulllltttt the filename where the resultant POSTSCRIPT
- document should be written.
-
- The default _m_k_c_o_v_e_r command is a shell script that uses
- _a_w_k(1) to parse the job description file and generate the
- cover page document. The _t_e_m_p_l_a_t_e file may be optionally
- compressed with _c_o_m_p_r_e_s_s(1), _p_a_c_k(1), or _g_z_i_p(1); the
- filename suffix is used to decide whether or not the
- template file contains compressed data.
