  17.      when a _c_o_n_t_i_n_u_a_t_i_o_n _c_o_v_e_r _p_a_g_e is required for an outbound
  18.      job that is about to be retried.  It generates a single
  19.      POSTSCRIPT page that is imaged according to the remote
  20.      capabilities and transmitted as the cover page.  The
  21.      arguments are:

  34.      compressed with _c_o_m_p_r_e_s_s(1), _p_a_c_k(1), or _g_z_i_p(1); the
  35.      filename suffix is used to decide whether or not the
  36.      template file contains compressed data.
